Defense of Food

I have spent a chunk of my afternoon reading In Defense of Food which I picked up yesterday at the library, so far it’s pretty good!

My breakfast craving finally hit around 12:30 so I had breakfast for lunch!

The first bowl contains bok choi, onion, 2 eggs, a slice of Muenster, Mrs. Dash chipotle seasoning, and salt

The second bowl was a tasty fruit salad containing a banana, a tangerine, and about half a can of pineapple chunks

When I’m craving large amounts of fruit like this it usually means I’m dehydrated so I also chugged a pint of water and refilled it, don’t want to be dehydrated for tomorrows run!IMG_0331

Despite being fairly varied, my lunch sure wasn’t colorful! It was all that same orangy color…oh well! I’ll mix it up at dinner. Have a fun, and SAFE night tonight everyone! Be back tomorrow evening!!!
