That’s right, its the day for the first ever Model behavior giveaway! But first I’m gonna ramble, so if you’d rather just get to the free stuff, scroll down.
My planned 7 miler today didn’t happen. I won’t go into too many details because I don’t want to bring the mood down on GIVEAWAY DAY 
But I got a horrible stomach ache right away. I ran through it for the first few miles but right before mile 4 it got the best of me and I went home 
So here is next weeks modified workout schedule to include my skipped 7 miler.
Monday: X train, 30 mnts on elliptical, 10 on Stairmaster, weights
Tuesday: 7 mile run
Wednesday: X train on elliptical or rest day
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: X train on elliptical
Saturday: Stairmaster and weights
Sunday: 4 mile run
Planned weekly miles: 14
EXCITEMENT! I spent most of the day shopping for some new apartment stuff. Pier one is having a HHUUGGEE sale right now on plates etc so I stocked up 
But you’ll have to wait and see the goods because I don’t have a place to put them right now! Only a few more weeks!

I hope you guys know by now that my main mission in this blog is good health. I chose this first giveaway because it represents this mission, so without further ado I present to you…
My personal vitamin combination! These are the vitamins I personally take every day, one is technically a children’s multivitamin, but my doctor told me any children’s vitamin can be taken by adults, and this actually has instruction for adult use, 2 tabs a day. It is delicious, tastes just like Flintstone, and contains 100% of your daily intake of 19 different vitamins and minerals.
The second are Calcium chews with vitamin D…if you can’t tell, I don’t like to swallow pills! These calcium chews are SO TASTY! I actually have them for my lunch dessert most of the time! They taste like fruit snacks! They are colored with all natural juices (blackberry and carrot) and 100% nut, soy, and gluten free in case any of you have allergy’s.
Don’t worry, I’m not touching your calcium gummies, these are my own personal bottle, I just wanted to show they looked like up close, your bottle will have a tamper seal on it
As you can see 2 of these provide 50% of your daily recommended calcium and 250% of your daily vitamin D, which is a vital component in the absorption of calcium.
