Thanks for you patience with the posts, but I definitely owe you guys this week! I’m headed to the mall today to do some research for a few installments of MODEL UNIVERSITY I will get one up tomorrow and a few more in the week. I am leaving on Friday to go to Colorado so this week will be a bit rushed but the blog is my number 1 priority so you guys won’t get the shaft again I promise J

I don’t usually wake up a second earlier then I have to on Saturdays to make it to work on time and this morning was no exception, so I am enjoying my breakfast at my desk, instant oatmeal:

I’m reading this amazing book right now called The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson. It’s about the history of the worlds fair in Chicago, that may sound dull, but it is actually really interesting, and I like reading historical novels so it’s right up my ally! Half is about the way the fair came together, and the other half is about a murderer that terrorized the city during the fairs construction. It’s all true to which makes it extra creepy!!!

Yesterday’s run was, well, it was rough. I think it was a combination of the heat (about 88 when we went), the fact that I was hungry, and I was pretty sore from the last few runs. I felt like I weighted 500 lbs and I felt every step on my legs and knees! It was very uncomfortable and slow but I pushed as hard as I could and ended up running about 2 miles total broken up by .5 miles of walking. I’m proud I made it that far though with how I felt. I think I’m going to give my knees a break and hop on an elliptical instead on Sunday, I need to do some gym searching anyway so that’s a perfect excuse.

I was also going to share with you guys my super motivational playlist I listen to while running, it’s mostly rock because that’s pretty much all I listen to, it’s fast paced and really pumps me up!

I can’t crop or edit pictures at work so sorry if these are a little shotty. Any way the bra is champion brand and it’s awesome! It fits like a swimsuit but is tight and gives great support! (can you see Bret trying to duck out of the way in the bottom right corner? haha)
